63ok Terms & Conditions

1.1

Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 63ok platform, including all gambling, betting, and gaming activities, is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. By creating an account or using any feature of 63ok, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 63ok takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will take immediate action — including permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds — upon discovering that a user has misrepresented their age.

1.2

Geographic Eligibility

The 63ok platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 63ok makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all jurisdictions. If gambling or online gaming is prohibited or restricted in the area where you are located or where you access the platform from, it is your personal responsibility to be aware of and comply with those restrictions. 63ok accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by users.

1.3

KYC and Identity Verification

63ok reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time, including for the purposes of age verification, anti-money-laundering compliance, or withdrawal processing. Users who fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may have their account suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold pending completion of the verification process. Acceptable identity documents include Bangladesh national ID cards, passports, and driving licences. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the 63ok Privacy Policy.

2.1

Account Registration Requirements

To access 63ok's real-money gambling services, you must register an account. During registration you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You agree not to provide false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information. The following information is required at registration:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number (used as primary account identifier)
• A strong password of at least 8 characters containing letters and numbers
• Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older
• Confirmation that you accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy

2.2

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 63ok account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, different names, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 63ok uses technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 63ok reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and retain any winnings generated during the period in which duplicate accounts were active, at its sole discretion.

2.3

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 63ok account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 63ok support immediately. 63ok will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

3.1

Accepted Deposit Methods

63ok accepts deposits via the following payment methods only. Deposits via any other method will not be credited and may be returned at the user's cost. Accepted methods are:

• Nagad (personal wallet and merchant payment)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay wallet and Visa / Mastercard (where available)

3.2

Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit on 63ok is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, although 63ok reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes of completion, you must contact 63ok support with proof of the transaction (e.g., a bKash or Nagad transaction ID). 63ok does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own fees.

3.3

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 63ok are processed within 10 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays in Bangladesh. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing if the withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds or if unusual account activity is detected. 63ok reserves the right to delay a withdrawal by up to 48 hours pending the outcome of a security or compliance review. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

4.1

Bonus Eligibility and General Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 63ok are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In addition to offer-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 63ok promotions: bonuses are available to eligible registered players only; bonuses may only be claimed once per household or IP address unless stated otherwise; 63ok reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse, technical error, or fraud; and bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and clearly labelled in your account balance.

4.2

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 63ok are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement on all 63ok bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus balance is convertible to withdrawable cash. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.

4.3

Bonus Abuse and Fraud Prevention

63ok has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using different accounts; placing bets in patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to place bets; colluding with other players to exploit a promotion; and exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the platform or a game. Where 63ok determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all associated bets and winnings, forfeit bonus and real-money balances, and permanently close the offending account without recourse.

5.1

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 63ok platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances (including deposits and winnings), and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity
• Using or attempting to use cheating software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to place bets that carry no genuine risk
• Allowing or facilitating any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 63ok account

5.2

Account Suspension and Closure

63ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines at its sole discretion that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users. Upon closure of an account for cause, 63ok may retain all funds in the account, including any deposits and winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach (e.g., at the user's own request or due to self-exclusion), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

6.1

Player Responsibility

Gambling on 63ok is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It is your responsibility to gamble within your personal financial means and to treat gambling as entertainment rather than as a source of income. 63ok strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits using the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you should immediately use the self-exclusion feature in your account settings or contact 63ok support at [email protected] to request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion. 63ok will action all self-exclusion requests promptly.

6.2

Platform Responsible Gaming Tools

63ok provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session duration reminders and time-out features; reality checks displaying time spent and amounts wagered; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension) of 24 hours up to 6 weeks; and permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated, it cannot be reversed before its expiry. 63ok will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players. All responsible gaming tools are free to use and do not require support contact to activate.

7.1

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 63ok platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 63ok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 63ok.

7.2

Privacy and Data Protection

63ok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 63ok platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmissions between your device and the 63ok platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. 63ok will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 63ok holds about you, and to request correction or deletion of that data, subject to applicable legal obligations, by contacting [email protected].

8.1

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 63ok and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or earnings; loss of data; service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 63ok's reasonable control; errors in game outcomes caused by certified RNG systems; or losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms. 63ok's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 63ok service, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting 63ok support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 63ok will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint in writing. All disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration, with proceedings conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

8.3

Amendments to These Terms

63ok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 63ok will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 63ok platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your only recourse is to cease using the platform and close your account. Minor corrections (such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.
